
This 1972 reprint of an 1899 mystery story has a brown heavy paper cover with black lettering, pamphlet-style staple binding. The story is reprinted here in its entirety as well as maps of the Georgetown area, several black-and-white photographs, and supplemental material. Part-fiction, part-history, the book tells the story Louis Anathe Muller, a "distinguished French refugee" who settled with his family in Georgetown, New York in the early 1800s and was later believed to be the French King Charles X. 72 pages; approx. 6"x8".
