The Boy Who Breathed on the Glass in the British Museum

A story told in illustrations with no text. H. M. Bateman was noted for his "The Man Who..." series of cartoons in Punch Magazine, featuring comically exaggerated reactions to minor and usually upper-class social gaffes, such as "The Man Who Lit His Cigar Before the Royal Toast" and "The Man Who Threw a Snowball at St. Moritz." 4.5"x6" with 32 pages. SCARCE. Light soil and a few stains, some creasing.
