I Like Winter

Charming little children's book, part of Lenski's collection of illustrated books of the seasons ("Spring is Here," "Now It's Fall"). From Kirkus: "Beginning with a singable winter ditty ""I Like Winter, I Like Snow"" (amateur adult pianists will be glad to know it's in the key of C), the author rhymes the fun of winter activities and special winter feelings -- snowmen, snowballs, skating, sledding, even catching cold and getting better. Then the holidays -- Christmas with Santa Claus, colored lights, guests and packages; and Valentine's Day." Book is clean and crisp, a gift inscription on title page, a few page creases, otherwise unmarked. Jacket shows wear to edges, chipping, heaviest at spine, tear on rear panel.  5.5 x 5 inches, unpaginated. Color illustrations throughout.
