The Library of Congress

This antique book is bound in black heavy paper with a red cord at the spine. The front cover features a black-and-white paste-down illustration cut into an arc shape; cover lettering is white. The outsized covers are worn at the edges, there is a water stain on the title page, wear and soil-pictures are all clean. The book consists of tipped-in black-and-white photos, beautifully showcasing the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. A small two-page pamphlet at the beginning offers caption information. 24 pages; approx. 10"x9".
