This vintage chldren's book is bound in gray cloth boards, with a red and black cover illustration of a bird singing to a group of animals. Spine lettering is black. Cover mostly clean and bright; pages very slightly browned, but most are clean and unmarked. Written in a style similar to the Uncle Remus books, this book features black-and-white plates, including the frontispiece, by Harrison Cady. 120 pages; approx. 5"x7".
