The Blue and the Gray

This Civil War history set is bound in blue-gray boards along with the original slipcase. Books have very mild wear, former owner's bookplate on first title page, otherwise very clean and crisp copies. Original slipcase shows wear and fading. Steele's collection of primary source documents collects narratives from soldiers, statesmen, journalists, nurses and many more who witnessed the events of the Civil War. Each volume is approx. 600 pages, 6"x9".
