This antique leatherbound book of New York State village laws has a light brown leather cover with maroon, black and green spine labels printed w/gilt lettering.  Lower spine label has the name "Will J. Smith."  Front inner board has small stamp in upper corner; endpaper edges browned, pages browned, edgewear, and soil. Leather shows some wear and  soil. Contains full text of New York State laws that apply to public works and other village matters as denoted in the title, including citations to adjudicated cases in the past. 189 pages; approx. 6"x9".
