Handsome two volume set. 8th Printing, A noted German philosopher, this diary describes Keyserlin travels around the world; from Egypt, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Hawaii, and on to the Americas. Grey cloth covers with gilt decoration, deckled edges. Illustrated frontispiece in Volume One. Former owner's name is present, some pencil marking and notes, mostly in Volume Two. Slight fading to spines, a bit of wear and soil. Overall a tight set.
