This antique hardcover book is bound in black leather boards with gilt lettering on the front and spine. Spine has gilt trim; front cover has decorative etched floral motifs and reads "The Blind Mans Book." Book is in good condition with foxing, stains, edge and spine wear, tanned pages and some water stains. Rear hinge shows heavier wear. A scarce title that tells the story of the life of George Henry, a blind man growing up in Herkimer County, N.Y. 305 pages; approx. 4"x6".
