The Writings of Abraham Lincoln


This antique hardcover set of Abraham Lincoln's writings is bound in brown cloth boards with gilt spine lettering. This is the Constitutional Edition of Lincoln's papers, circa 1905; vol. 1 is a later edition with a different spine label -- all other volumes have brown leather labels, but vol. 1 is black. Volume 1 also has stamp on top edge, "Lincoln Collection - Tacoma Public Library." Most are clean; vol. 2 has cracks to the spine label, some copies have edgewear, tanned pages and soil; but inner pages are mostly clean. Top page edge is gilt. Each is approx. 300 pages, 5"x8".
