Von Humboldt attempts to describe the natural world in what has been called "one of the last really comprehensive physical surveys ever to be attempted." Corners bumped, foxing and soil to page edges, foxing throughout. Bindings generally tight. Bookplates present. Edgewear. Approx. 5 x 8, each volume about 350 pages.
