The Anglo-Saxon Poems of Beowulf


This antique hardcover book is bound in maroon cloth boards, with gilt spine lettering. Cover is worn. Spine has two small chips, one in title area, wear at upper rear portion. Pages are generally clean with just a touch of browning. Hinges are a bit weak, but holding. This is an early interlineal translation of the Anglo-Saxon epic, with notes. 330 pages; approx. 5"x7". Second edition.
