This antique hardcover book is bound in blue boards with embossed designs and decorative gilt title lettering. Decorative lettering on the spine is also gilt, with a gilt illustration of an owl sitting on top of a pyramid. No date of publication given; inscription dated 1863. Illustrations. Text contains a variety of questions, like "What is the difference between light and heat?" and their answers. 346 pages; approx. 5"x8".   Book is in good to fair condition with gift inscription, foxing, browning, faded spine, wear, and soil.
