Bookperdiem Clearance: Six Titles: SOLD

"The Forsyte Saga" by John Galsworthy. Published by Charles Scribner's Sons, 1928.

Corners a bit bumped, some light soil to covers. Previous owner's name on front endpaper. Overall condition is "Good."

"The Seven Lamps of Architecture" by John Ruskin. Published by Merrill and Baker, no date listed, circa 1894. Contains 14 full page illustrations of architectural details. This edition is hard to find, especially in original publisher's cloth.

Pages have browned slightly, some wear is present at the upper portion of the spine, and there is very light cover wear. Binding is tight, no writing or markings.

"Paradise Lost" by John Milton. Published by W.B. Conkey, no date, circa 1910.

Top edge gilt. Edges are soiled, a touch of foxing to the endpapers, otherwise the textblock is clean. Light soil and wear to covers.

"The Poetical Works of Oliver Wendell Holmes" published by Houghton Mifflin, 1891.

Small white blemish on the front cover, otherwise a very clean and crisp copy.

"The Simple Life" by Charles Wagner. Published by McClure, Phillips and Co., 1904. Translated from the French by Mary Louise Hendee.

Nice clean copy of this classic philosophical / inspirational text. Top edge gilt, cover title and spine text in gilt. Light cover wear, a bit of light foxing on the deckled outer edge.

"The Poetical Works of Thomas Moore" with a life of the author by Jno. Francis Waller. Published by Collier, 1884.

Illustrated throughout, including several full-page steel engravings. Covers show some fading and wear, interior pages show foxing and some light browning.
